Former Alabama standout forward Donta Hall was last seen in the NBA last season, when he played in 4 games for the Detroit Pistons and 5 games for the Brooklyn Nets.
Now, he’s back in the league after spending the early part of the 2020-21 season with a couple of G-League squads.
Per the tweet below, the Orlando Magic have signed Hall to a 10-day contract after his standout performances in the G-League:
We've signed free agent Donta Hall to a 10-day contract. He played this season with both Ignite and @Raptors905.

Hall was averaging 10.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 2.1 blocks per game in the G-League. In his 9 NBA games last season, Hall averaged 4.3 points and 4.2 rebounds per contest.
We’ll see if he makes an impact with the Magic over the next week and a half to earn another pro contract or if he ends up back in the G-League.
