The viral video of Ed Orgeron’s postgame speech after LSU defeated Alabama in 2019 was, undoubtedly, far from classy.

Fortunately, FunnyMaine—or should we say “ClassyMaine”—kept it above the fray in his weekly parody video. Before getting into Alabama-LSU, he had some words for Auburn following its loss to Texas A&M.

“Racking up 4 losses when you’ve only played 9 games? Tsk, tsk, tsk. That’s not classy,” he said.

Then “ClassyMaine” turned to Alabama-LSU, giving Najee Harris’ 1st-quarter touchdown run a “coveted two pips”.

“Oh Najee, what a delightful run that was,” he said. “Pip, pip, good sir.”

He then mentioned the audio of Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson going out during the game, saying what a number of SEC fans may have been thinking.

“That’s not classy, but it is greatly appreciated,” he quipped. “Lord knows a little hush won’t hurt them.”

He then took aim at LSU quarterback TJ Finley, as he joked he didn’t know of the true freshman until Saturday.

“If I’m completely honest, I had no idea until this moment. Maybe because they only talk about the quarterback from last year,” he said.

By halftime, the game was well out of hand as Bama led 45-14 after an incredible DeVonta Smith one-handed touchdown catch, leaving ClassyMaine to take a break and FunnyMaine to step in briefly to “grab a drink of water”.

“Oh my God, bruh, did you see that? DeVonta caught it,” he can be heard off-screen after the latest big play by the “Slim Reaper”. “Run it up! Run the score up on these boys!”
