Alabama Crimson Tide

Nick Saban goes off on officials, even with Alabama up 56-3

Nick Saban has never been one to coast, even when his Alabama squad has a big lead.

Thus, it should come as no surprise that he was irate with the officials after an offsides call against the Crimson Tide defense while the Tide were up 56-3 early in the fourth quarter.

You can see the meltdown below. It should be noted that even after the 5 yards were marked off, New Mexico State still punted:

Still, as mentioned above, Saban coaches hard for the full 60 minutes. He also expects perfection, no matter if Alabama’s starters, second-stringers or third-stringers are in the game.

Meanwhile, the Tide are rolling to another easy win.
