ESPN featured Alabama’s A-Day spring game Saturday, and Nick Saban was mic’d up throughout the scrimmage. Saban spoke to Kirk Herbstreit during the game and even trolled Joey Galloway at one point for a lack of a defensive pass interference call.

Saban’s mic wasn’t always live during and after plays; however, ESPN caught Saban trolling wide receiver Slade Bolden, who was a former high school quarterback, for a poor pass on an end-around trick play.

“Slade, I can throw it behind my back better than that,” Saban said. “I can flip it behind my back …”

It appears that Bolden says, “I didn’t want to throw a pick.”
