Nick Saban provides injury updates on RB Roydell Williams, WR JoJo Earle
Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide rolled to an easy 59-3 win over an overmatched New Mexico State team on Saturday afternoon in Tuscaloosa.
But, the win did take its toll on the Tide, as a couple of players suffered significant injuries.
After the game, Saban revealed that RB Roydell Williams would be out “probably for a good while,” and that WR JoJo Earle will also likely miss some time moving forward:
Nick Saban said Alabama lost running Roydell Williams "probably for a good while." He said JoJo Earle won't be out as long but will still miss some time.

There were some other, less-serious injuries Saban discussed in the aftermath of the game:
Other injury updates
— DeMarcco Hellams has a thigh bruise and could have returned.
— Javion Cohen (wrist) and Darrian Dalcourt (ankle) will be back at practice on Tuesday.

Alabama has some depth at running back with Brian Robinson Jr. and Trey Sanders, but losing Williams will hurt.
We’ll have to see how long he and Earle are out as the season goes on.
