Alabama OC Steve Sarkisian will leave the Crimson Tide program to take over at Texas when Monday’s College Football Playoff National Championship Game is over.

Other Alabama assistants will also be leaving for new jobs, but first, there’s a title on the line against Ohio State.

It can be tricky to prepare for a game with the coaching carousel in full swing, but on Sunday morning, coach Nick Saban said he’s happy with the focus his staff has had this week:

It’s not every day you get to play for a national championship, even at a powerhouse program like Alabama. But, it seems every assistant who is leaving for a new job is eager to do so with a title ring.

We’ll see if the focus this past week carries over to success on Monday night.
