Senior Bowl reveals special helmet for Jalen Hurts, honoring his stints at both Alabama and Oklahoma
The Senior Bowl will take place this weekend, and one of the biggest names involved will be former Alabama and Oklahoma QB Jalen Hurts.
Hurts had success at both programs, and now he’s honoring both of them on Saturday.
As you can see below, Hurts revealed a special helmet for Saturday’s game, which features his Alabama number on one side and the Oklahoma logo on the other:

That’s a really cool gesture from Hurts and from the Senior Bowl, and it’ll be cool to see his mixed helmet in action.
Both Alabama and Oklahoma clearly meant a lot to Hurts, and he continues to be one of the most likable guys in college sports.
Cool.
Kudos to Jalen. And to the Senior Bowl exec who thought of doing this. If 2 helmets were done, one to be signed by Jalen and auctioned off, what will happen to the other one? And why not have him wear both of them so they can say the one auctioned was actually worn in the game?
Reasons why any NFL Team that drafts him, will have a franchise player for a very long time.
What a classy young man! May not have won the Heisman, but absolutely the best representative this year of what’s right in college football.
What? Two helmets? I guess I read it wrong or you did. Most likely you.
Ok it was in the video. I really didn’t want to watch it. But for accuracy
Hurts will be a great heir apparent to Cam Newton. Jalen Hurts is everything that makes college football great.
Nice gesture by the Senior Bowl recognizing Jalen’s unique college resume. Auctioning off a second autographed copy for charity is even cooler.
Great story. Hurts is an wonderful person on top of his football skills.
