Although it is pretty much a foregone conclusion that Alabama should beat the Cincinnati Bearcats, ESPN college football analyst Tim Tebow says don’t count the Bearcats out just yet.
During a recent appearance on “The Paul Finebaum Show,” Tebow explained how the No. 4 Bearcats could take down No. 1 Alabama.
โCincinnati wins this game if they can create explosive plays on offense like theyโve done all year,โ he said. โTheyโve kind of been, I donโt want to say average, but just a good offense at times. And then all of a sudden they hit explosive play, explosive play, and put a dagger in somebody. I think thatโs really their MO on offense and I think theyโre going to give a lot of looks, a lot of shifts, a lot of motions. Get two tight ends involved and try to give Alabamaโs defense a lot of different looks.โ
The Bearcats might have a challenge on their hands against the 8th ranked defense in the country, although Alabama will be missing a few players on defense Friday due to injuries.
