Chad Morris went above and beyond to get recruits and parents to his house for social event
It’s been a snowy weekend in Fayetteville, Arkansas, so far, but coach Chad Morris wasn’t about to let that hurt his momentum on the recruiting trails.
Even though roads were icy and snowy on Saturday, Arkansas assistant Sean Tuohy Jr. reported that Morris made sure recruits and their parents could get to his house safely for a recruiting social.
As you can see in the tweet below, Tuohy said Morris went to Home Depot to get salt not only for his driveway, but for the roads in his entire neighborhood:
People thinking @coachchadmorris recruiting stuff is lip service: instead of cancelling recruiting social after dinner at his house, he personally went to Home Depot earlier today & salted not only his driveway but his ENTIRE neighborhood & roads to it to get parents here. #WPS

That is truly going above and beyond, and recruits are apparently enjoying the energy Morris has brought to the Razorbacks program.
Currently, the Hogs have the No. 21 class in the nation and the No. 8 class in the SEC for the 2019 cycle, per 247Sports.
