Cornerback Christian Tutt, a highly-touted, 4-star prospect, has committed to Auburn.

The Tigers landed Tutt, a class of 2018 Georgia native (Thomson High School, Thomson, Ga.) on Tuesday.

Tutt is rated as the nation’s No. 25 corner and is a Top 247 overall commit, according to the 247Sports Composite.

The prized defensive back has additional offers from Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Nebraska and Notre Dame, among many others.

One could say he’s wanted by just about everybody, and Auburn is the team lucky enough to land his services.

Tutt’s commitment comes just three days after Auburn pummeled Georgia, which was ranked No. 1 in the country at the time, 40-17.

“Over the past few days, Tutt had started to trend big toward Auburn,” a report from AuburnUndercover.com said. “At one point, he seemed to be all Nebraska. But with that program struggling on the field, Auburn made a big move late to land the early enrollee.

“Tutt officially visited the Tigers last weekend and left impressed — by the team, the staff, the facilities, the school itself.”
