In this new era of college football, programs are going to need to step it up to another level across the board to attract the nations’ top recruits.

Auburn has clearly taken that to heart, as demonstrated by its new football-only facility. The facility broke ground several years ago and the nearly $92 million crown jewel has now debuted to rave reviews from Auburn players.

The facility was supposed to open in July, but some delays set the timeline back. Based on the players’ reactions, it was definitely worth the wait. Players will be granted access into the facility at some point in December according to AL.com.

Auburn is coming off a 39-33 defeat against host Mississippi State to extend its losing streak to 5 games. Auburn lost despite winning the turnover battle 3-1 and time of possession.

Next up for Auburn is a home game against Texas A&M on Saturday. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. ET and will be televised on the SEC Network. Texas A&M leads the all-time series 7-5 against Auburn, with victories in the last 2 meetings.
