Auburn linebacker Tyrone Neal shared his displeasure about his lack of playing time in a series of since-deleted tweets Sunday morning.

Neal transferred to Auburn from Illinois this past offseason, where he was a two-year starter and recorded 109 tackles in 2015. He was eligible to play immediately for another program, but apparently the Tigers had other plans on Saturday.

Auburn lost 19-13 to No. 2 Clemson in Week 1. However, its defense was outstanding in slowing down Heisman hopeful Deshaun Watson and one of the nation’s best offenses. Neal has a right to be frustrated, but there’s no denying that Auburn’s defensive scheme worked on Saturday.
