Bryan Harsin discusses his post-win traditions

Bryan Harsin coached his first game at Auburn on Saturday, and it was a huge success, as the Tigers obliterated visiting Akron, 60-10.

After the game, the first-year coach, who came to Auburn from Boise State, was in no hurry to leave Jordan-Hare Stadium, but according to Harsin, that’s not unusual.

“I’m usually one of the last ones out of there,” Harsin revealed in his Monday press conference.

Harsin said he devoted his time after the game to celebrating with his family and thanking the students for their support, as well as handling his various media responsibilities.

And when it is finally time to go home, Harsin added it’s never too long before he begins reviewing the game that just finished and that he often seeks out advice from his family members.

The Tigers return to action this Saturday at home against Alabama State before facing their first big test of the season in two weeks at No. 19 Penn State.
