Dillon Wade is heading to The Plains to continue his college football career. The Tulsa transfer announced his commitment to Auburn on Friday night.

Wade shared the big news on social media.

Wade was considered the No. 2 offensive tackle available in the NCAA transfer portal by 247Sports. He had narrowed his options down to Auburn and USC, choosing Hugh Freeze over Lincoln Riley.

Wade will be playing for a familiar face. Philip Montgomery was fired as Tulsa’s head coach after the 2022 regular season. He has joined Freeze’s staff as Auburn’s offensive coordinator.

Montgomery and Freeze are making sure the Tigers are loading up in the trenches. Wade heads to Auburn after 3 seasons at Tulsa.
