When you look at the first-half stats from Sunday’s Elite Eight game between Auburn and Kentucky, the foul calls seem pretty even.

The Tigers got whistled for 10 fouls, while the Wildcats were called for eight infractions. However, many Auburn fans were unhappy with what they felt were some unnecessary calls against the Tigers.

Count former Auburn RB (and current Detroit Lion) Kerryon Johnson among them. As you can see below, he took to Twitter at halftime to joke that he has already fouled out of the game just by watching on TV:

Auburn went 5-for-8 from the free-throw line in the first half, while the Wildcats went 9-for-13 from the charity stripe.

Will that even out a bit in the second half? We’ll find out shortly.
