It hasn’t been a great year for Auburn QB Sean White, and now it may be getting even worse.

After losing his starting job to Baylor-transfer Jarrett Stidham, White was suspended for the Tigers’ first two games of the 2017 season.

Now, his problems are probably going to increase, as he was reportedly arrested for appearing under the influence in public early Sunday morning, according to AL.com.

White was reportedly arrested by Auburn police and taken to Lee County jail around 3:30 a.m. Jail records indicated that the 21-year-old was being held on $500 bond.

The Tigers defeated Mercer 24-10 on Saturday afternoon, but White did not make an appearance in the game.

In 11 games last year, White threw for 1,679 yards, nine touchdowns and three interceptions.
