The border rivals played almost every year after that until 1992, when Arkansas joined the SEC.

Since then, the games have been less frequent — Texas’ 20-10 victory over Arkansas in 2024 was just their seventh encounter in the 2000s — but the pace figures to pick up now that the Longhorns are part of the SEC, too.
