The Orlando native thanked the previous Florida coaching staff in his decommitment note. Smith is listed at 6-1, 180 pounds and rated 4-stars, the No. 27 Sunshine State recruit, No. 32 wide receiver and No. 220 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite.
Smith’s future team is getting a speedster. 247Sports notes Smith is a decorated track athlete, having won state titles in the 100 and 200-meter dashes as a junior “while anchoring a 4×100 team that took second at the 2A state track meet.”
