Brashard Smith may have decommitted from Florida entering the month of May but he certainly hasn’t removed the Gators from the list of options when it comes to playing his college football.

The Miami Palmetto High School standout offered the latest update on his recruitment on Thursday by offering his list of top five schools. Smith announced he is currently still considering Florida, along with Auburn, Tennessee, Miami and Oregon.

Smith is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 2 all-purpose running back in the nation in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings. In addition to his accolades on the high school gridiron, where he scored 13 touchdowns last fall, Smith also runs track for Miami Palmetto.
