Dan Mullen has been fired at Florida, per a report from Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports.
Mullen and the Gators have had a nightmare of a 2021 season, sitting at 5-6 overall with 1 game left against rival Florida State.
Zenitz reports that Mullen just informed his coaching staff of the decision:

Florida lost on Saturday afternoon, 24-23 to Mizzou in overtime. That was apparently the final straw for AD Scott Stricklin and the administration.
The Gators will owe Mullen a $12 million buyout, per the details of his latest contract extension. Half of that will be due within 30 days.
Greg Knox will serve as the interim head coach Saturday against FSU.
