Florida adds first transfer pledge of offseason, former Mountain West OT
Florida football added its first transfer pledge of the 2023 offseason Sunday afternoon, landing former San Diego State standout offensive tackle Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson.
Crenshaw-Dickson is fresh off an official visit to Gainesville this past weekend. Here’s his official announcement, via X (formerly Twitter):

Crenshaw-Dickson is a massive piece for the Gators. He’s been in college football since 2019 with San Diego State and started accruing playing time in 2021.
Crenshaw-Dickson started all 13 games for San Diego State in 2022 and made 10 starts in 2023, appearing in all 12 contests. Most of his work came at left tackle, but he’s seen work at right tackle as well.
The Gators may have only added Crenshaw-Dickson from the transfer portal, but there are several incoming offensive lineman out of the high school ranks. Florida has pledges from 3 incoming offensive linemen, including 4-star OT Flecther Westphal.
