Florida announces addition of transfer offensive lineman from Louisiana

Florida is entering the first year of the Billy Napier era, and he’s adding some Louisiana spice to the Gators’ roster.
On Monday, Florida announced that a massive offensive lineman had transferred from the Ragin’ Cajuns to the Gators.
As you can see below, Kamryn Waites is the newest member of Florida’s offensive line:

Waites played in 3 games for the Ragin’ Cajuns in 2021. He’ll have 4 years of eligibility remaining when he arrives in Gainesville.
As a member of the 2021 recruiting class, Waites didn’t receive a 247Sports composite ranking. We’ll see if he can crack the Florida offensive line rotation in 2022.
