It’s an all-SEC final in the College World Series as Florida and LSU will face each other in a best-of-three series to win the national championship.
Twitter accounts for the Gators and Tigers baseball teams both released hype videos Monday afternoon, but UF’s football Twitter account could not resist getting in on the pregame fun.
The football team’s Twitter account wanted to remind fans that baseball can be a game of inches, such as a play at the plate, and that could make for a familiar Florida-LSU finish.

On the gridiron, the Gators stopped LSU RB Derrius Guice short of the goal line to clinch a 16-10 victory on Nov. 19. On the diamond, UF took two-of-three from LSU in the regular season. The Gators and Tigers each won a share of the regular-season SEC title, with LSU taking the tournament title in Hoover, Ala.
Here are the school’s hype videos ahead of the final series, which begins at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
