Florida WR Brandon Powell won’t face suspension for phantom punch

Florida WR Brandon Powell was ejected from Saturday’s loss at Tennessee for a personal foul on a play where referees thought he punched a Vols defensive back.
After reviewing the flop, the SEC has decided not to make Powell sit during the first half of this weekend’s game at Vanderbilt:

Upon review, it’s clear why the decision was made to keep Powell eligible.
No word on whether the Academy has nominated the Tennessee player for an Oscar for his performance.
