Florida freshman WR James Robinson was suspended for the Gators’ season-opening loss to the Michigan Wolverines, but when Week 2 rolls around, he’ll be out with a much more serious issue.

According to coach Jim McElwain, Robinson has missed practice after an irregular heart scan — a scary diagnosis for anyone.

McElwain didn’t provide any further details, but the talented freshman may be out for a while depending on what doctors tell him:

According to the 247Sports composite, the 4-star Robinson was the No. 14 wide receiver in the class of 2017 and the No. 21 overall recruit from the state of Florida.

Here’s hoping the heart issue isn’t serious and the young Gator can resume his college career in the near future.
