The University of Florida welcomed head coach Dan Mullen on Monday.
The Gators officially hired Mullen Sunday night, and he’ll reportedly be earning $6 million per year, making him the second-highest paid coach in the SEC behind Nick Saban.
Mullen is tasked with jumpstarting Florida’s lifeless offense, and developing a quarterback of the future. His first priority, however, is to keep the Gators’ talented recruiting class intact ahead of the early December signing period.
