Former Georgia OL Isaiah Wilson was last on an NFL team in 2021. If Wilson returns to the league, he will be facing a multi-game suspension.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported Monday that Wilson has been suspended 3 games by the NFL. Pelissero’s report does not detail the reason for Wilson’s suspension.

Wilson was named second-team All-SEC in 2019, his third and final season at UGA. He was selected No. 29 overall by the Tennessee Titans in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Wilson has not had an NFL career due to numerous off-the-field issues. He was limited to playing in just 1 game during his rookie season with the Titans, in which he was placed on the COVID-19 reserve list on multiple occasions. While a member of the Titans, Wilson was arrested for DUI in September 2020 and then for leading police on a high-speed chase in January 2021.

On Mar. 17, 2021, the Titans traded Wilson to the Miami Dolphins for a 2022 draft pick. It was a short stint for Wilson, as he was waived 3 days later for being late to his physical and missing workouts. After being cut, Wilson was arrested later that month for numerous charges, including fleeing police, speeding in a construction zone and reckless driving.

Wilson was last with the New York Giants. He signed to the team’s practice squad in September 2021 and was released in January 2022.
