Here are a few more looks at the jersey:
I love these unis, but that 40 years patch is painful. It’s more of a reminder of how long it has been than a celebration of the team’s achievement.
Red pants started the Herschel Walker era. I love it but the patch is nothing but a reminder that an NC has taken entirely too long in being repeated.
I’m surprised Kirby allowed this information to come out.
They need to start introducing an alternate helmet. The Uga logo would be cool, for example.
Gotta disagree about the helmet. If you’ve ever seen those red helmets on a sunshine-filled fall day, you’d realize they are prefection.
sorry…perfection (unlike my typing)
I don’t think the 1980 pants had stripe. I would also like the old silver britches be brought back. The black tops are ok but need to be worn more often. If only for one game or so stick to red and ditch them permanently.
Really clean look I like it alot and can’t wait to see them in person. I hope this season starts as planned so we can back to normal.
Sharp looking unis. Not sure about the 40-Yr patch. I think using the year “1980” would’ve been a good way to celebrate that tm. The 40 just highlights how long it’s been.
Great looking uniforms.
