Georgia struggled mightily during the 2021-22 season, going 6-26 and setting the SEC record for most losses in a season.

That led to the Bulldogs replacing coach Tom Crean with former Florida coach Mike White, ushering in a new era of Georgia basketball.

There will be plenty of roster turnover, though. On Tuesday afternoon, Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports reported that 2 Georgia freshmen from last year, Tyrone Baker and Cam McDowell, had entered their names in the NCAA transfer portal:

Baker appeared in 3 games last year, scoring 2 points and grabbing 2 rebounds. McDowell appeared in 7 games, scoring 7 points and dishing out 7 assists.

Where will they end up next? That remains to be seen, but it seems they’ll play the rest of their college careers away from Athens.
