Jordan Davis has not missed a beat in the weight room if this drill during a Philadelphia Eagles open practice is any indication.

An Eagles fan posted to social media a video that showed Davis pushing a teammate, Cameron Jurgens, back with an ease that appeared as if the teammate was a blocking sled, or high schooler. For perspective, Jurgens is listed at 6-foot-3 and 303 pounds.

At 6-foot-6 and 340 pounds, Davis was selected No. 13 overall in the 2022 NFL Draft, and he appears to have a big rookie season ahead for the Eagles.

Last season at Georgia, Davis racked up 32 tackles, including 5 tackles for a loss. He also won the Outland Trophy for college footballโ€™s top interior defensive lineman, according to the Football Writers of America.

During his 4 years at Georgia playing in 41 games, Davis made 90 tackles, including 11.5 for a loss and 7 sacks.

Davis continues his remarkable career, from being a basketball-first 3-star prospect coming out of Charlotte, North Carolina. As a high school recruit, he was the nationโ€™s No. 29 overall defensive tackle and the state of North Carolinaโ€™s No. 15 overall prospect for the class of 2018, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
