Kario Oquendo has been a dynamic player for the Georgia men’s basketball team for a couple of years now.

Oquendo led the Bulldogs in scoring, averaging 15.2 points per game, in 2021-22. This past season, he finished second on the team to Terry Roberts in scoring, averaging 12.7 points per game to Roberts’ 13.2.

This week, Oquendo revealed that he’s going to explore his options ahead of the 2023-24 campaign, taking to Twitter to reveal he was entering his name in the 2023 NBA Draft while retaining his college eligibility. He also said he’s entering his name in the transfer portal:

Oquendo played in 29 games for the Bulldogs this past season, starting 28 of them. He averaged 12.7 points and 2.6 rebounds per contest.

Whether he stays in the draft class or not, he’ll have plenty of options ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
