Georgia coach Kirby Smart is one of the more animated coaches across college football on the sidelines. That continued after the game amid the post-game celebration following a last-second field goal and victory over Cincinnati in the Peach Bowl.

Out of the corner of his eye, Smart caught a couple of his players with a bucket of sports drink closing in on him, and took off with a burst of speed he first showed as a defensive back in college himself.

There was plenty to celebrate for Georgia, which had its final regular season game against Vanderbilt called off. The Bulldogs wanted to prove they were better than the two-loss team that fell to Alabama and Florida. And they faced an upstart Cincinnati team that was the darling of the Group of 5 teams and previously undefeated.

Jack Podlensy drilled a 53-yard game-winning field goal to rally the Bulldogs to an improbable 24-21 victory over those Bearcats to kick off the celebration in Atlanta.

Despite a series of opt outs  who left the Bulldogs a bit short-handed, they got eight sacks and an inspired defensive effort in the second half to pull out the victory.

Smart still had enough energy even after his get-back assistant was busy during the game.
