PJ Washington offers up promising update on his potential return to the court for Kentucky
The fate of Kentucky’s season may rest on the health of PJ Washington. Based on his latest social media post, the star forward is getting closer to making a return to the court for the Wildcats.
After missing the first two games of the 2019 NCAA Tournament after suffering an injury in the team’s SEC Tournament loss to Tennessee, Washington’s status for the rest of the season has been in doubt.
However, thanks to a video Washington just shared, it looks like the big man may be back sooner than expected.
Kentucky plays Houston on Friday in the Sweeet 16 of the Midwest Region. The winner will go on to face the winner of Auburn and North Carolina for the right to advance to the Final Four.
