Report: Blue-blood program ‘actively recruiting’ Kentucky transfer Sacha Killeya-Jones

Of all the players who left Kentucky this offseason, the most painful for coach John Calipari seemed to be F Sacha Killeya-Jones, who announced he’d transfer from the program.
It seems Coach Cal saw SKJ’s potential and was excited about the chance to give him a bigger role in the 2018-19 season, but now he won’t get that chance.
So, where will Killeya-Jones end up? According to Rivals recruiting analyst Clint Jackson, the North Carolina Tar Heels are trying to bring the big man to Chapel Hill:
UNC ks actively recruiting Sacha Killeya-Jones, who is transferring from Kentucky. We will have more details on the THI boards.

SKJ averaged 3.3 points and 2.9 rebounds while appearing in 34 games for the Wildcats this season, but it’s clear he wants a bigger role somewhere.
North Carolina is a perennial contender for ACC and national championships, so Killeya-Jones could potentially be an impact player if he ends up in Carolina blue.
