Here’s the play where Levis suffered the injury, one that ended in a fumble that was returned for a touchdown. This is the 2nd straight week the former Wildcats QB suffered a foot injury, after hurting his ankle last weekend against the Seattle Seahawks.

The rookie QB was not having his best outing before the injury, either. Levis had completed just 2 of his 6 passing attempts for 16 yards.
Ryan Tannehill is now in at QB for the Titans, which trail the Texans 23-3 with 11 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter.
