LSU is reaching back into its recent past as 4 of its former stars are set to return to Tiger Stadium for the team’s game against No. 1 Alabama on Saturday evening: Andrew Whitworth, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Jalen Mills and Joe Burrow.

Burrow and Edwards-Helaire, of course, were in Death Valley as players last year during the Tigers’ blistering run to the national championship. Burrow saw his first NFL season with the Bengals start off well until it was cut short due to a knee injury. Meanwhile, Edwards-Helaire is in the midst of a terrific debut season with the Kansas City Chiefs and in the hunt for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year honors.

Mills, currently a safety for the Philadelphia Eagles, was an All-American in 2015 despite playing in only 6 games. He totaled 216 tackles, 8 sacks, and 6 interceptions with the Tigers. With the Eagles this season, he stands at 57 tackles and 1.5 sacks.

They will be joined by Whitworth, currently in his 15th NFL season and 4th with the Los Angeles Rams. He is a 4-time Pro Bowler, a 2-time All-SEC pick, and a member of the Tigers’ 2003 national championship team.
