The Jacksonville Jaguars have lost one of their key receivers to an awful injury.

During the Jaguars’ game against the Cincinnati Bengals on “Thursday Night Football”, D.J. Chark had to exit on the 3rd play of the night after suffering an apparent injury. Unfortunately, according to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the former LSU standout has fractured his ankle and is out “indefinitely”.

Chark, a 2nd round pick for the Jaguars in 2018, was a Pro Bowler in 2019 after recording 1,008 yards receiving and 8 touchdowns. In 2020, he made 53 catches for 706 yards and 5 touchdowns. He had made 7 catches for 154 yards and 2 touchdowns coming into Thursday night’s game in Cincinnati.

However, the Jaguars lead the Bengals 14-0 at halftime at Paul Brown Stadium. Jacksonville is looking for its 1st win of the season after a 0-3 start.
