Elite 2019 RB Noah Cain shares story of intense encounter with LSU fan
Noah Cain is an elite 4-star running back in the 2019 class, and he remains uncommitted as the early signing period approaches.
Cain, who plays for IMG Academy in Florida, is the No. 7 overall running back in the class of 2019 and the No. 14 overall recruit from Florida, per the 247Sports composite.
However, Cain is originally from Baton Rouge, and LSU fans haven’t let him forget it. In an article by Max Olson of The Athletic, Cain recounted an intense encounter with a Tiger fan in a Baton Rouge grocery store:
Noah Cain is one of the nation’s top RB recruits. He’s seen some crazy stuff during his recruitment. Like this run-in with an LSU fan at the grocery store. https://t.co/vefRftPc56 pic.twitter.com/czf5dXX9M1

Obviously, nothing that guy did helped LSU in Cain’s mind. In fact, it probably did more harm than good.
Cain is announcing his decision on Wednesday on ESPN2, and Georgia, Auburn, Penn State and Texas, among others, are in the mix to land him.
