It’s often said that positive stories don’t get enough attention these days. Well here’s one story that’s worth sharing to help even things out if that is indeed the case.

Former Tiger Justin Vincent is doing his part to help a local Baton Rouge high school football team replace equipment damaged in recent floodings, according to WBRZ ABC in Baton Rouge. Vincent recently pledged $10,000 to help Cristo Rey Baton Rouge Franciscan High School.

That’s a generous donation from the former LSU standout that’s sure to go a long way in helping the rebuilding effort at the high school.

During his four-year career at LSU, Vincent rushed for 2,021 yards and 17 touchdowns while catching 28 passes for 254 yards.
