Highly sought after DT decommits from LSU
LSU lost a commitment from 3-star DT Jamarcus Chatman on Sunday.
The Rome (Ga.) product announced he was re-opening his recruitment in a note posted to his Twitter account.
Chatman originally committed to LSU on April 22 along with two Rome teammates, 4-star OLB Adam Anderson and 3-star SDE Jaquon Griffin. Without Chatman, LSU’s loaded class dips from 19 to 18 commitments.
The Peach State prospect should have plenty of options moving forward. Chatman has an impressive 58 scholarship offers, including Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee. One SEC team yet to offer also figures prominently in the mix.
This can get interesting as Chatman is in search of a #UGA offer and is the teammate of former Georgia pledge Adam Anderson. https://t.co/JELRUp5bfq
