When you go 15-0, produce a Heisman Trophy winner and win a national championship, it’s a heck of a year.
But, for LSU, the impressive feats just keep coming. The Tigers had 3 offensive players taken in Round 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft, and now, every single draft-eligible offensive player has landed on an NFL roster.
ESPN’s Field Yates broke down just how impressive that feat was on Twitter, as you can see below:
1. Joe Burrow to the Bengals
22. Justin Jefferson to the Vikings
32. Clyde Edwards-Helaire to the ChiefsThat was just the beginning for LSU’s offense in the 2020 NFL Draft… pic.twitter.com/fTTsUhd9FI

LSU’s offense:
▪️Had the #1 pick in the NFL Draft
▪️Became the first ever school with a QB, RB & WR drafted in the first round in the same year
▪️All 5 starting OL drafted or signed
▪️7 total draft picks
▪️*Every* draft eligible player was drafted or signed as a UDFAUnreal.

In the 2021 NFL Draft, it is certainly possible that WRs Ja’Marr Chase and Terrace Marshall Jr. could be Round 1 picks, further adding to that 2019 mystique.
How will the Tigers fare in 2020 after losing all that talent? Hopefully we’ll find out this fall.
