Ja’Marr Chase’s frustration appears to be boiling over after another Cincinnati Bengals loss.
The Bengals fell to 1-3 after a 27-3 loss to the Tennessee Titans in Nashville on Sunday. Cincinnati took an early lead behind an Evan McPherson field goal nearly 6 minutes into the contest but were outscored 27-0 the rest of the way, yielding 21 2nd-quarter points.
Joe Burrow was 20-of-30 for just 165 yards and 0 touchdowns. Seven of those catches were made by Chase, who finished with 73 yards.
In the visitors’ locker room, Chase had a NSFW reaction to the latest Cincinnati loss:

Chase’s season got off to a slow start: 5 catches for 39 yards against the Cleveland Browns and 5 catches for 31 yards against the Baltimore Ravens. Against the Los Angeles Rams, though, he had 12 catches for 141 yards in the Bengals’ 1st win of the season, while Sunday’s numbers were decent if not impressive.
Cincinnati was a Super Bowl team in 2021 and came just shy of a 2nd-straight appearance in 2022. It’s 1-3 right now, and its chances of simply making the playoffs could be in jeopardy if things don’t turn around soon.
