Jayden Daniels has been taking over the NFL world for his incredible start in his rookie season. Entering Sunday, Daniels had the Washington Commanders off to an impressive 5-2 start, and in first place in the NFC East.
On Sunday, he even took the hype train to another level, as he completed an incredible 52-yard Hail Mary to give the Commanders an 18-15 win against the Chicago Bears. He threw the ball nearly 70 yards, and it was even more impressive cause he was dealing with a rib injury that had him questionable to even play.
Daniels is not only having an amazing season for a rookie quarterback, he is a player that should be considered in the MVP conversation, according to one ESPN analyst.

When asked if Josh Allen was the MVP so far, ESPN’s Dominique Foxworth gave this response.
“I think he has been really good, but I am going to go Jayden Daniels,” Foxworth said. “If you look at Jayden Daniels’ stats next to all the top quarterbacks, they compare favorably. But, if you look at what we expected of him and that team. If you look at the receivers that he has, the o-line he has, the defense that he has, this man has showed up. It is hard to make an argument for anybody else that has been more important to a franchise that Jayden Daniels has this season.”
There are far more people that think Daniels deserves to be in the MVP race, as people on social media were saying that on X after the game.
