Jayden Daniels had a season to remember at LSU, and now the quarterback has made his future plans official.

In a video posted to social media, Daniels recalled his transfer from Arizona State to LSU, and how it was a whirlwind, but also how LSU helped him get the joy of football back.

“I love y’all and I’m proud to be a California Bayou Boy,” he said. “Five out.”

Daniels won the Heisman Trophy, and was in the mix for every major quarterback award or accolade in college football for an SEC QB.

Daniels this season put up big numbers in passing (3,812 yards) and running (1,134), which really set him apart from other QBs. He leads the nation in total offense at 412 yards per game and is averaging an eye-popping 10.71 yards per play.

Daniels won the Associated Press Player of the Year award, along with the Davey O’Brien, Walter Camp, Johnny Unitas and was an All-American by 4 major organizations.

He was responsible for 50 touchdowns.
