Justin Jefferson has been a star for the Minnesota Vikings since the moment he was drafted No. 22 overall out of LSU in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Now he can add record-holder to his already incredible NFL résumé.

On Saturday afternoon against the New York Giants, Jefferson wrote his name in the Vikings’ record books, setting the single-season mark for receiving yards.

Jefferson has passed the previous mark set by Randy Moss, who had 1,632 yards in 2003:

This is a dominant performance from Jefferson, who is playing in only his 15th game of the season on Saturday. Even with the regular season expanding to 17 games, Jefferson didn’t need the extra game to set the record.

The only question remaining over the next 3 games for the former LSU star is how many yards he can add to his record. He also still has an outside chance of being the first receiver in NFL history with a 2,000-yard season.
