Like many teams around the country, the LSU Tigers were counting on some key transfers making a big impact during the 2021-22 men’s basketball season.

On Wednesday, it was reported that one of LSU’s big-name transfers — former Illinois guard Adam Miller — would miss the entire year.

Per reports on Wednesday, Miller suffered a torn ACL and won’t be able to play this year:

Obviously, that’s a huge blow for the Tigers and coach Will Wade for the season that starts in just a couple of weeks.

Can the Tigers regroup and put together a competitive squad moving forward? We’ll find out starting next month.
