LSU alum Alex Bregman believes the Tigers could put up 50 on Alabama in Tuscaloosa
LSU’s offense has been historically good this season and the Tigers would need to continue that trend if they hope of accomplishing what Alex Bregman recently suggested.
During a recent appearance on the Barstool Sports podcast “Pardon My Take,” the former LSU baseball player offered up his thoughts on LSU’s chances this season against Alabama. Despite the fact the Crimson Tide have an 8-game winning streak in the series, Bregman is holding out hope that the Tigers can end the streak this fall.
In fact, he’s so confident in LSU that he suggested the Tigers could score 50 in Tuscaloosa come Nov. 9. Keep in mind, the Tigers have never scored that many points in the series, 41 was the most points they have put up on Alabama and that came back in 2007.
That prediction is even bolder when you consider LSU has been shut out in two of the previous three matchups in the annual series.
