LSU is changing it up uniform-wise against Louisiana-Monroe Saturday night in Baton Rouge.
Instead of wearing their traditional home uniforms, the Tigers will be wearing purple jerseys with white helmets and white pants.
The school revealed the popular alternate combination on Twitter on Tuesday evening:

Saturday night in Baton Rouge is always special and this night won’t be different. LSU is on a two-game losing streak, having lost to both Alabama and Arkansas in close contests. The Tigers are looking to close out the season on a winning note and get to a bowl game, something the players didn’t get to do last year.
So what better way to close out the season and Ed Orgeron’s career at LSU than beating both Louisiana-Monroe and Texas A&M at home under the lights of Tiger Stadium.
