Jabril Cox is officially off to the NFL.

The LSU grad transfer linebacker from North Dakota State made it official on Sunday, posting a note on his Twitter account.

Cox was a two-time FCS All-American at North Dakota State, helping the program to three-straight FCS titles from 2017-19. This season, the 6-foot-4 senior recorded 58 tackles, including 6.5 for loss, 3 interceptions, a sack, a fumble recovery and 5 pass breakups.

After most seasons, seniors are presumed to be off for the pros. The NCAA is allowing all student-athletes to return in 2021 with the same eligibility as fall 2020, however, leading to seniors like Cox announcing whether they are returning, entering the transfer portal or entering the NFL Draft.
