LSU has already lost one big name to the transfer portal and the Tigers are about to lose another one, it seems.

Wide receiver Trey Palmer is reportedly entering his name into the NCAA transfer portal, according to Matt Fortuna of The Athletic:

Palmer, who was primarily used as a kick returner, had 30 catches on the season for 344 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Palmer was a 4-star receiver in 2019 out of Kentwood, Louisiana. Palmer’s former teammate Eli Ricks, entered the transfer portal and announced late Wednesday night he would be going to Alabama.

You have to wonder if Alabama, along with Florida and Mississippi State, are high on his list of potential places he can land. Those schools, along with LSU and Arizona State, all wanted him when he was coming out of high school.
